The Leisnoi Board of Directors and management are super excited to share with you that after nearly a year of work, Leisnoi Development Company (LDC), a wholly-owned holding company of Leisnoi, Inc., has acquired AOR International (AOR). This is the first acquisition for Leisnoi and a huge QUYANAA (thank you) goes to the Leisnoi and AOR teams for working diligently together to make this happen.
AOR was founded in 2012 with extensive military and civilian backgrounds in Munitions Response (MR), and diving operations. Capitalizing upon its unique underwater expertise, AOR expanded its service lines into commercial diving and training services throughout North America. Today, AOR provides Diving Services, Terrestrial Munitions Response (MR), Underwater Munitions Response (MR), Dive Training Services and Construction Support to various government and commercial clients, including the Department of Defense and US Army Corp of Engineers.
AOR will add the value of quality specialty construction service to the scope of construction and environmental remediation services currently being provided by its now sister companies, Leisnoi Diversified Services (LDS) and Leisnoi Professional Services (LPS). The expansion of services will provide the Leisnoi Family of Companies expanded depth and breadth in our ability to compete and win work in both the government and commercial space as well as providing additional capacity to our existing joint ventures.
With our first acquisition now complete, additional business acquisitions will continue to be evaluated and used as a tool for Leisnoi’s strategic growth. Expansion into more services and capabilities in addition to adding new customers to our existing family of companies, will pave the path forward for Leisnoi’s continued expansion and our ability to provide benefits back to our Shareholders.
