Jana Turvey, President, and CEO of Leisnoi, Inc. gave testimony in front of the Congressional House Small Business Committee, Subcommittee on Investigations, Oversight, and Regulations. The hearing was titled “Native 8(a) Contracting: Emerging Issues,” and was held on October 22 in Washington, D.C. She represented 177 village corporations who comprise the Alaska Native Village Corporation Association (ANVCA) membership.
